WordCamp Indonesia 2013 will bring together WordPress users, developers, fans, and newbies for a weekend of WordPress goodness.

We’ll start with a program called Geeks on Train, a competition where developers, designers, business planners gather in teams to build their startup product during the trip to Jogjakarta by train, and present it on Public Expose session.

Then, we will have a three-day conference that focuses on everything WordPress. There will be expert-led sessions, in-depth tutorials, face to face conversations with WordPress gurus, sharing of experience between users, and other fun WordPress related programs. It’s a wonderful way of getting to know fellow WordPress enthusiasts, as well as some of the most influential people, companies, and projects in the WordPress community.

Our hope is that through WordCamp Indonesia 2013, and through the Indonesian WordPress community, we will be able to have WordPress events more frequently, organized locally in different cities in Indonesia by members of the community, thereby reaching even more WordPress fans.
